• Our explanations of birth anatomy offer many parents hope and awaken their inner strength to explore physiological birth. Spinning Babies® provides an antidote for fear of birth. 
• Labor may have seemed daunting before understanding the connection of comfort or pain with the tensions or twists held by muscles, ligaments, fascia, or even the birth position.
• Learning facts about anatomy gives pregnant parents new motivation to trust their bodies and to be in sync with their birth. 
• In this class, you will learn skills including positional understanding, knowledge of when and why to use each technique and knowledge of contraindications.
