Safe & respectful care for your home birth experience

The Midwifery Model of Care is a fundamentally different approach to pregnancy and childbirth than contemporary obstetrics.  Our philosophy is based on the fact that pregnancy and birth are normal life events.

"Full Circle was so accommodating & helpful as we switched care over halfway through my pregnancy! Estee always made it a point to share any insight with backed up research for me to browse through myself. After having an induced, hospital birth with my first, it was so redemptive to have care that was about me & my babe. Forever grateful for her kind & homey spirit teaching & nurturing us through the welcoming of our second boy." -Madison B.

The Full Ci rc le Team

I am honored to call myself a wife, mother and a midwife. My passion for birth work began at age 18 and by 21, I was enrolled in midwifery school.

My formal training includes 4 years apprenticing in both the home and birth center setting and I have attended over 450 births. I was a staff midwife and clinical director in Orlando before opening Full Circle Midwifery in 2020.

I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are normal, biological processes, and I treat it as such. Women should be offered options to move, eat, drink, feel safe and loved in their birthing experience.  I am determined to demystify natural pregnancy and empower women in their journey.

I strive to practice from both heart and mind, meeting my families where they are at. I feel at home serving women during the most transformational time of their lives and view women as experts of their own body. It is a complete privilege to serve as a community midwife.

I am a graduate of The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in Gainesville, Fl and recognized by 467, Florida Statutes, the Department of Health as a Licensed Midwife (LM) and by the North American Registry of Midwives as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). My license number is MW 368.

Estee Cupo, LM CPM

Sadie Tate graduated from The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2020 and is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife here in Florida. After graduating, she joined a busy birth center here in Central Florida, which has allowed her to blossom into the midwife she is today.

Sadie has always trusted the birthing process, which she believes is because she was raised by a mother who birthed at home herself, which allowed Sadie to witness her first home birth at the age of 5!

Transitioning into a home birth practice will help her continue her passion of midwifery while she also works on growing a family of her own.

Sadie’s goal as a midwife is to give evidence based, open minded care, as she attends to you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Sadie loves to travel, having backpacked throughout a handful of countries. She also loves exploring the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband Jason and their fur babies.

Our visits were so comfortable and natural, and best of all, not rushed. My husband and kids loved being included in our home visits too, which were so convenient. -Amber H.

"Gentle birth, protecting mother and baby, is a solution that I believe will result in positive change for our society."
