Fourth Baby, First Home Birth

My experience with Full Circle Midwifery was truly life-changing.

After having three hospital births, moving from California to Florida, a home birth was never part of my plan. I searched everywhere for hospitals and doctors I could truly trust, but I felt discouraged and exhausted. I was already preparing myself to travel back to California for a month, stay in an Airbnb with three small children, and have my baby there, and just thinking about it made me extremely anxious.

That’s when I started researching home birth. I remember thinking, this is it. I just hadn’t found the right person yet.

Then, around 28 weeks pregnant, everything changed in the most unexpected way. I parked my car next to Estee’s family at the beach. She was there with her 6-week-old baby, and I remember thinking, this is exactly the kind of mother I want as a friend.
After just five minutes of conversation, I became her client — and from that moment on, it was nothing but love and an incredible connection.

I had my fourth baby at home, beside my husband, which was an absolutely amazing experience. And the sweet, calm presence of the Full Circle Midwifery team was essential in making that moment so unique and unforgettable.

This was never in my plans, because I never would have dared to dream this big. I’ve lived many incredible dreams in my life, but having my baby at home was, by far, the most beautiful experience of all.

I am certain that such a powerful and positive experience happened because God placed the right people in my path.
