Estee Zosman Cupo, LM CPM
I’m Estee, a wife, mama, and midwife, passionate about supporting women through their unique pregnancy and birth journeys. For over a decade, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside families and welcoming nearly 600 babies earthside. Midwifery isn’t just my work—it’s a way of life that keeps me grounded in what matters most: my faith, my family, and caring for others with compassion.
I believe birth is a normal, powerful process, and that every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and free to move, eat, and make choices that honor her body. When we feel safe and supported, oxytocin can flow freely, and labor can unfold as it’s meant to. Birth is as much mental as it is physical, and knowledge and information are powerful tools that help families feel confident and in control. My goal is to blend modern tools with time-honored traditions, providing care with both skill and heart, always viewing women as the experts of their own bodies.
My journey into midwifery began in 2012 while I was traveling through India, where I attended my very first home birth. It was a deeply moving and transformative experience that opened my eyes to the power and beauty of birth. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that moment planted a seed that would change the course of my life. Not long after returning home, I met midwife Ibu Robin Lim at a showing of her film Guerrilla Midwife. Listening to her speak and feeling her passion for birth work made everything click for me. I knew then that I was meant to become a midwife, and I set my heart on beginning midwifery school as soon as I could.
I trained at The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery, graduating in 2018, and gained experience across a variety of birth settings. I am recognized by Florida’s Department of Health as a Licensed Midwife (LM, MW368) and by the North American Registry of Midwives as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), and I maintain my Neonatal Resuscitation Program and CPR certifications.
In 2020, I founded Full Circle Midwifery to create a space where families feel genuinely cared for and supported, and our team feels like family too. When I’m not at a birth, you’ll usually find me with my husband, William, and our daughters, Rose and Mina—at home, exploring a spring, or enjoying a community event.
These trainings build on the foundation of my apprenticeship, studies at The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery (2015-2018), the experience I’ve gained attending births and the wisdom I’ve learned from each of the families I have served.
They are part of my continuing education, helping me grow as a midwife so I can bring fresh knowledge, balanced skills.
