The Full Circle Team

Our vision is to provide meaningful care in a very deliberate and conscious way. We believe that providing nurturing support throughout the transformative stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood will generate a positive ripple effect for generations to come.

Estee Cupo, LM CPM
Founder/Midwife

Its with great joy to call myself a wife, mother and a midwife. My formal training includes 4 years apprenticing in both the home and birth center setting. I have attended over 500 births. After graduating in 2018, I was a staff midwife and clinical director in Orlando before opening Full Circle Midwifery in 2020.

I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are normal, biological processes, and I treat it as such. Women should be offered options to move, eat, drink, feel safe and loved in their birthing experience.

I strive to practice from both heart and mind, balancing western medicine with alternative modalities. I feel at home serving women during the most transformational time of their lives and view women as experts of their own body.  My goal is to play a role in helping women and families maintain autonomy and reclaim their innate wisdom. It is a complete privilege to serve as a community midwife.

I am a graduate of The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in Gainesville, Fl and recognized by 467, Florida Statutes, the Department of Health as a Licensed Midwife (LM) and by the North American Registry of Midwives as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). My license number is MW 368.

My husband and I have lived here in Deland for almost 10 years. We welcomed our first daughter, Rose, in December of 2022 and are expecting our second child in June of 2024. We are homebodies at heart, and if you catch us out, it would most likely be at one of our local springs, nature trails or a community event.

Sadie Tate graduated from The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2020 and is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife here in Florida. After graduating, she joined a busy birth center here which allowed her to blossom into the midwife she is today. Transitioning into a home birth practice will help her continue her passion of midwifery while she also works on growing a family of her own.

Sadie has always trusted the birthing process, which she believes is because she was raised by a mother who birthed at home herself, and allowed Sadie to witness her first home birth at the age of 5!

Sadie’s goal as a midwife is to give evidence based, open minded care, as she attends to you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Sadie loves to travel, having backpacked throughout a handful of countries. She also loves exploring the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband Jason and their dogs. She welcomed her first baby, Lily, in March 2023.

Nicolle Arendt, LM CPM
Midwife

My name is Nicolle, and I am happy to help support Full Circle Midwifery and your sweet family! I have been professionally attending births since 2018 and 250+ births later, I am still humbly honored to do what I love every day.

My call to be a midwife first rooted when I became a big sister at 5 years old and my mom had a successful VBAC. My passion for normalizing birth and educating families stems from the need for advocacy and representation in the birth space to eliminate disparities associated with maternal and fetal mortality rates.

I graduated from the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2022 and have serviced mostly in home birth and birth center settings. I take pride in providing the avenues for a safe, educated, comforting, judgment-free space to uncover and unleash the power within to bring forth new life. I aspire to lead with love, and genuinely enjoy walking this journey with the families I serve.

Outside of midwifery, I serve as a Senior Advisory Board Member of Project Teenbirth, a non-profit organization that provides free doula support and resources for parents age 13-21. I also am a member of the Orange County, FL Branch of the NAACP, and I have loved working within my sorority, Mu Sigma Upsilon, for over 8+ years.

In my free time, you can find me in my beginners garden, at the beach, hiking, on a road trip with my family, or somewhere with my Godchildren: Rayne, Blossom, Soleil, and David.

Holly Janda
Office Manager/Birth Navigator

Holly has been a friend of Full Circle Midwifery and the Collective Kin for years. Starting as a prenatal yoga instructor and a part of the Doula Speed Dating team.

------

It has been a joy for me to watch the growth of this beautiful Collective. Now as an official part of the office team as the Birth Navigator, I am passionate about easing the process from consult through your birth process. I am happy to support you with your needs alongside your midwife.

I live in New Smyrna Beach with my husband daughter, dog and cat. I love them all and as you get to know me you will hear a lot about my family. They are my joy, my dog however you will hear is a different kind of special.

My history in the childbirth world stems from of course, my own birth. My husband and I had a struggle getting pregnant and in turn needed to go the route of a Fertility doctor, after years of struggling our story ended in the birth of a precious beautiful girl that has become our true love. Some might call her spoiled, but it’s just enough and not over the top. After spending a few years just being “mom’ I ranched out and turned my yoga practice into a career, and trained a 200 hr prenatal yoga instructor then a Registered prenatal yoga instructor. I was working just enough to be able to spend time with my little one and spend time teaching. As our daughter grew I knew I wanted my career to grow as well. I then took a lactation training in 2018 and became a Certified Lactation Counselor which enabled me to provide more support to my prenatal yoga community. Of course I can’t stay stagnant so I took a Doula training in 2020, not with the goal of becoming a doula but just to get more knowledge to help my doula clients connect with the process of birth and their changing bodies, this training completely changed my path and I fell in love with being a Doula! I have been working with families in the Doula capacity since 2020 and feel like I am where I am meant to be. I strive to support women and families in need of emotional, physical, and spiritual support during delivery. I love supporting this journey and I feel honored to be apart of it.

In my spare time I'm usually with my family, relaxing at home or near home with a book and planning my next coffee run.
