The Full Circle Team

In our heartfelt commitment, we believe that extending nurturing support during the important phases of pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood holds the potential to create a profound and sincere ripple effect, influencing positive changes for generations to follow.

Estee Cupo, LM CPM
Midwife

It's with great joy to call myself a wife, mother and a midwife. I have spent 10 years studying and practicing midwifery, attending the births of over 500 babies. As any midwife will confess, this is more than just a job—it's a lifestyle. Balancing can be challenging, but midwifery has taught me a valuable lesson—to prioritize what truly matters: our family, relationships, health, happiness, and showing compassion towards one another.

I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are normal, biological processes, and I treat it as such. Women should be offered options to move, eat, drink, feel safe and loved in their birthing experience.

It is a complete privilege to serve women during the most transformational time of their lives. My goal is to practice from both heart and mind, balancing modern tools with traditional modalities.

I am happy to share life with my husband, William and our two daughters, Rose 2yo and Mina 6 months. I am a homebody at heart, but you can find me at one of our local springs, state parks or a local community event.

Sadie Tate, LM CPM
Midwife

Sadie Tate graduated from The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2020 and is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife here in Florida. After graduating, she joined a busy birth center here which allowed her to blossom into the midwife she is today. Transitioning into a home birth practice will help her continue her passion of midwifery while she also works on growing a family of her own.

Sadie has always trusted the birthing process, which she believes is because she was raised by a mother who birthed at home herself, and allowed Sadie to witness her first home birth at the age of 5!

Sadie’s goal as a midwife is to give evidence based, open minded care, as she attends to you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Sadie loves to travel, having backpacked throughout a handful of countries. She also loves exploring the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband Jason and their dogs. She welcomed her first baby, Lily, in March 2023.

Nicolle Arendt, LM CPM
Midwife

My name is Nicolle, and I am happy to help support Full Circle Midwifery and your sweet family! I have been professionally attending births since 2018 and 250+ births later, I am still humbly honored to do what I love every day.

My call to be a midwife first rooted when I became a big sister at 5 years old and my mom had a successful VBAC. My passion for normalizing birth and educating families stems from the need for advocacy and representation in the birth space to eliminate disparities associated with maternal and fetal mortality rates.

I graduated from the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2022 and have serviced mostly in home birth and birth center settings. I take pride in providing the avenues for a safe, educated, comforting, judgment-free space to uncover and unleash the power within to bring forth new life. I aspire to lead with love, and genuinely enjoy walking this journey with the families I serve.

Outside of midwifery, I serve as a Senior Advisory Board Member of Project Teenbirth, a non-profit organization that provides free doula support and resources for parents age 13-21. I also am a member of the Orange County, FL Branch of the NAACP, and I have loved working within my sorority, Mu Sigma Upsilon, for over 8+ years.

In my free time, you can find me in my beginners garden, at the beach, hiking, on a road trip with my family, or somewhere with my Godchildren: Rayne, Blossom, Soleil, and David.

Esther Grealis
Midwife Assistant

My passion for birth work was ignited after the arrival of my daughter in 2020 left me in awe of my body’s capabilities and power. The experience reinforced a foundational belief that pours into how I serve: our bodies are intentionally designed for the sacred work of birthing and caring for our babes. It’s because of this belief that I will always encourage informed decision making and love to provide education that emphasizes a women’s whole body and soul preparation for birth.

I’ve spent the last two years providing doula care to families in Central Florida before feeling called to transition to the role of Community Midwife. I’m currently in my first year of the Direct Entry Midwifery Program at the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery, and I’m thrilled to be apprenticing and developing my skills with the incredible team of midwives here at Full Circle. It’s an honor and privilege to learn from a position of humility, seated at the feet of both mothers and the wise women who serve them.

My husband and I are Central Florida natives cultivating an adventurous life and a tiny homestead. I love to cook and to eat, and enjoy trying new foods and restaurants that are popping up locally! When I’m not at a birth or attending class you can usually catch me by the water, or in my garden chasing around my spunky toddler.

Kylie Griffiths, RN
Office Manager

Hi, I’m Kylie! I’m a mother of two, an ex-critical care nurse, and an integrative nutrition health coach. I’ve always been passionate about natural, holistic health, but after having my daughter in 2021, my true passion for helping women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum was awakened. Though my birth experience was the most empowering of my life, many things went sideways, leaving me feeling broken.

After healing from that experience and having a healing birth with my son, I knew I wanted to help women navigate their own unique journeys in motherhood. I find the most joy in celebrating your triumphs with you and the most purpose in helping you through the challenges. It truly is my heart’s desire to walk beside you in this journey—not only as another mother, but as a friend who really gets it. Moms need moms, and I’m so thrilled and grateful to be part of this beautiful community of women within Full Circle and The Collective Kin!

If I’m not at a farmers market, playground, or the beach with my family, you can find me in the kitchen, whipping up a Joanna Gaines recipe or baking some sourdough.
