About

The Full Circle Team

In our heartfelt commitment, we believe that extending nurturing support during the pivotal phases of pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood holds the potential to create a profound and sincere ripple effect, influencing positive changes for generations to follow.

Estee Cupo, LM CPM
Founder/Midwife

Its with great joy to call myself a wife, mother and a midwife. My formal training includes 4 years apprenticing in both the home and birth center setting. I have attended over 500 births. After graduating in 2018, I was a staff midwife and clinical director in Orlando before opening Full Circle Midwifery in 2020.

I believe that pregnancy and childbirth are normal, biological processes, and I treat it as such. Women should be offered options to move, eat, drink, feel safe and loved in their birthing experience.

I strive to practice from both heart and mind, balancing western medicine with alternative modalities. I feel at home serving women during the most transformational time of their lives and view women as experts of their own body.  My goal is to play a role in helping women and families maintain autonomy and reclaim their innate wisdom. It is a complete privilege to serve as a community midwife.

I am a graduate of The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in Gainesville, Fl and recognized by 467, Florida Statutes, the Department of Health as a Licensed Midwife (LM) and by the North American Registry of Midwives as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). My license number is MW 368.

My husband and I moved to Deland 10 years ago and have cultivated a strong community that we are so lucky to have. We welcomed our first daughter, Rose, in December of 2022 and are having our second home birth this summer. I am a homebody at heart and enjoy cooking, baking, tending to our chickens and getting my hands dirty in the flower garden. When not at a birth, you can find me at one of our local springs, nature trails or a community event.

Sadie Tate, LM CPM
Midwife

Sadie Tate graduated from The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2020 and is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife here in Florida. After graduating, she joined a busy birth center here which allowed her to blossom into the midwife she is today. Transitioning into a home birth practice will help her continue her passion of midwifery while she also works on growing a family of her own.

Sadie has always trusted the birthing process, which she believes is because she was raised by a mother who birthed at home herself, and allowed Sadie to witness her first home birth at the age of 5!

Sadie’s goal as a midwife is to give evidence based, open minded care, as she attends to you throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Sadie loves to travel, having backpacked throughout a handful of countries. She also loves exploring the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband Jason and their dogs. She welcomed her first baby, Lily, in March 2023.

Nicolle Arendt, LM CPM
Midwife

My name is Nicolle, and I am happy to help support Full Circle Midwifery and your sweet family! I have been professionally attending births since 2018 and 250+ births later, I am still humbly honored to do what I love every day.

My call to be a midwife first rooted when I became a big sister at 5 years old and my mom had a successful VBAC. My passion for normalizing birth and educating families stems from the need for advocacy and representation in the birth space to eliminate disparities associated with maternal and fetal mortality rates.

I graduated from the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery in 2022 and have serviced mostly in home birth and birth center settings. I take pride in providing the avenues for a safe, educated, comforting, judgment-free space to uncover and unleash the power within to bring forth new life. I aspire to lead with love, and genuinely enjoy walking this journey with the families I serve.

Outside of midwifery, I serve as a Senior Advisory Board Member of Project Teenbirth, a non-profit organization that provides free doula support and resources for parents age 13-21. I also am a member of the Orange County, FL Branch of the NAACP, and I have loved working within my sorority, Mu Sigma Upsilon, for over 8+ years.

In my free time, you can find me in my beginners garden, at the beach, hiking, on a road trip with my family, or somewhere with my Godchildren: Rayne, Blossom, Soleil, and David.

Holly Janda
Office Manager/Birth Navigator

Holly has been an integral part of the Full Circle Midwifery and the Collective Kin family for several years. Her journey began as a prenatal yoga instructor and a valuable member of the Doula Speed Dating team.

-----

Holly's passion for facilitating a smooth process, from the initial consultation through the entire birthing experience, is palpable. She is dedicated to supporting you alongside your midwife, ensuring your needs are met with care and compassion.

Residing in New Smyrna Beach with her husband, daughter, dog, and cat, Holly holds her family close to her heart. As you get to know her, you'll undoubtedly hear about the joy they bring into her life, with a special mention of her "different kind of special" dog.

Holly's journey in the world of childbirth is deeply rooted in her personal experience. Facing challenges in conceiving, she and her husband navigated the path with a fertility doctor, ultimately leading to the birth of their precious daughter—their true love. After dedicating the initial years to being a mom, Holly transformed her passion for yoga into a career, becoming a 200-hour prenatal yoga instructor and a Registered prenatal yoga instructor.

Continuing her commitment to support expecting mothers, Holly expanded her expertise by completing a lactation training in 2018, earning her certification as a Lactation Counselor. This allowed her to provide enhanced support within her prenatal yoga community. Always eager to grow, Holly pursued a Doula training in 2020, intending to deepen her understanding to better connect with her yoga clients. However, this training sparked a profound love for being a Doula, reshaping her career path. Since 2020, Holly has been passionately working with families in her role as a Doula, finding fulfillment in providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support during the delivery process.

In her spare time, Holly can be found enjoying moments with her family, either relaxing at home or in the vicinity with a good book. Her love for coffee is evident as she plans her next coffee run, adding a delightful touch to her downtime. Holly's dedication to supporting women and families on their unique journeys is truly an honor, and she feels privileged to be a part of this transformative experience.
